I just found out that one of the other test engineers at my work resigned…rather suddenly. He was working on SAT our biggest project. By some miracle I dodged the bullet on getting his project, but I have to pick up several smaller projects from the guy who took the position. We are in hiring freeze so more testers is out of the question.
Guess I needn’t worry about my own job security.
